Integration with Sage 300
RMA is designed specifically for Sage 300, and developed in the Sage 300 SDK.
All information is stored within Sage 300, rather than an external database or spreadsheet, giving you full visibility from within your ERP system.
Your Sage 300 inventory and financial records are kept up to date, with cross-referenced accounting entries generated in Sage 300 PO, OE and IC once the return episode has been completed.
Orchid RMA has been developed using the Sage 300 Software Development Kit (SDK). This means all screens have the familiar Sage 300 look & feel, and the product can take full advantage of standard Sage 300 features such as security, customization capabilities, and data integrity checking.
